Robert Hensley

Robb and FamilyA 35-year native of Richmond, Robb is our leading specialist in religious-use facilities. An active member of the community, Robb serves as a Lead Investor with the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce and is a proud member of Commonwealth Chapel. Robb and his wife, Belinda, are FamilyLife’s city ministry directors for Richmond and lead the Weekend to Remember conference, a marriage and family ministry. With over 10 years of experience in ministry and 14 years in the real estate industry, Robb feels blessed that he is able to combine his passion for ministry and knowledge of real estate. As Robb says, “Most people have to choose between their career and their calling. I am very thankful that I get to combine my real estate career with my passion for ministry every day.”

When he is not working, Robb enjoys playing volleyball, leading marriage enrichment classes, and white-water rafting. Robb has been married to Belinda for 21+ years and they are parents to two amazing kids: Leah (12) and Evan (10).

Nathan is the Executive Vice President and CFO of Bandazian & Hughes. A native Richmond resident, Nathan has 10 years of real estate experience, specializing in business brokerage and commercial real estate. His experience with restaurant sales has helped him cultivate strong professional relationships with various community leaders. Nathan advocates and assists with Special Olympics of Virginia and Henrico CASA. Always a booster for Richmond, Nathan co-founded the Social Media Club of Richmond and is a member of the Commission for Architectural Review. A true foodie, he can often be found dining at one of Richmond’s great local restaurants. Happily married, Nathan is the father of a toddler.

When asked why he got into real estate for religious-use facilities, Nathan states: “There was a real void. Religious-use facilities need professionals to help them with their real estate needs in a sensitive and confidential way.”
